- Slowly melt the chocolate pieces in a double boiler.
- In the meantime spread the shortbread biscuits on a surface - you always need 2 biscuits for a pick up.
- Place a thick blob of the fully melted chocolate in the center of a cookie and carefully place a second cookie on top as a lid. If there is still chocolate left over, you can paint it on top as a decoration.
- Then put the biscuits in the refrigerator for a good hour so that the chocolate hardens again.
