Pickled Instant Oyster Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • Oyster mushrooms – 700 g
  • Garlic – 5 cloves
  • Water – 150 ml
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon
  • Sugar – 1.5 teaspoon
  • Allspice peas – 4 pcs.
  • Black peppercorns – 10 pcs.
  • Bay leaf – 1-2 pcs.
  • Carnation – 2 buds
  • Coriander – 1 teaspoon
  • Apple cider vinegar – 3 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp

For filing:

  • Red onion
  • Fresh dill

Directions

  1. Wash the mushrooms well, chop or leave whole – whichever you prefer. With further heat treatment, the mushrooms will decrease in volume.
  2. Finely chop the garlic.
  3. Boil water, add all the spices.
  4. Add vinegar and vegetable oil.
  5. Add all mushrooms to a saucepan and cook for 25 minutes. All spices can be placed in a small teapot for tea, it is very convenient to remove them later so that they do not come across while eating.
  6. Oyster mushrooms can be eaten as soon as they cool completely. It tastes even better if chilled in the refrigerator. Serve marinated oyster mushrooms with onion and finely chopped dill. Bon appetit!
