Ingredients
- 2 glasses olives, green, b.B. pitted
- 2 glasses olives, black, b.B. pitted
- 2 packs feta cheese
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon oregano, dried
- 1 teaspoon basil, dried
- salt
- pepper
- Garlic, or garlic salt as needed

- Drain the olives and place in a bowl with a lid. Dice the feta and add. Add olive oil and spices and either stir with a spoon, or put the lid on and shake gently, then everything is best distributed. Let it steep for at least a day.
- Arrange for the buffet on a serving plate, as a starter distribute on the individual plates of the guests.
- Baguette goes well with it.
