Ingredients

  • 3 red pepper (s)
  • 300 ml olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar (sherry vinegar)
  • 5 cloves garlic

Instructions

  1. Core the peppers and cut into coarse strips, then peel them (leave them in the hot oven with the skin facing up until they blister, then take them out and peel off the skin).
  2. Slice the garlic and mix with the olive oil and sherry vinegar. Put the peppers in a small baking dish and pour the oil mixture over it. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Possibly also with sherry. Let it steep for about half an hour.
  3. Very tasty, well suited for a Spanish evening.
