Instructions

  1. Dice the sheep`s cheese, cut the onions into rings and halve the garlic. Layer everything in layers in a mason jar Sheep cheese, pepper, herbs, onions, garlic Sheep cheese, pepper, herbs, onions, garlic etc. Pour a good olive oil over everything and let it steep in the refrigerator for at least 3 days (the refrigerator may do not be too cold otherwise the olive oil will solidify). Tastes very tasty with baguette or antipasti or with grilled meat or in a salad.
