Pickled Young Cabbage

- Cut the cabbage into 4 parts, cut the stump.
- Peel carrots, wash, grate on a coarse grater.
- Peel the garlic, chop finely.
- Wash the dill, chop finely.
- Place the cabbage in a large saucepan.
- Add carrots grated on a coarse grater, finely chopped garlic and finely chopped dill on top.
- Marinade: Boil 1.5 liters of water, add sugar, salt, bay leaf, oil and when it boils, remove from heat and pour in vinegar.
- Pour the cabbage right there.
- Put oppression on it and leave on the table for 3 days. Then remove the young pickled cabbage in the refrigerator.
- Young pickled cabbage is ready.
