Ingredients

  • 600 g flour (type 405)
  • 1 cube yeast
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 300 ml water, lukewarm
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 6 tablespoon sesame seeds, roughly

Instructions

  1. Sieve the flour, add the yeast and sugar and mix with about 150 ml of water. Cover and let rise for 20 minutes. In the meantime, melt the butter, let it cool down a bit, add the remaining water, salt and oil to the pre-dough, knead until it has become a smooth dough. Let rise covered for approx. 45 minutes.
  2. Knead again, form 2 flatbreads out of them, prick in several times with a fork, lightly flour the flatbreads and turn them in sesame seeds. Cover and let rise for approx. 15 minutes on the greased tray and bake at 225 ° C (preheated) for approx. 25 minutes.
  3. Can be frozen very well and tastes freshly baked!
