Ingredients

  • 6 puff pastry pies from the baker
  • 500 g turkey or chicken
  • 1 medium zucchini
  • 2 onions)
  • 1 cup cream or
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • 1 pack sauce powder for hunter`s sauce or
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 1 can mushrooms (230 g)
  • 1 tablespoon, leveled marjoram
  • 0.5 ½ bunch parsley
  • 1 glass water
  • some oil (sunflower oil) or peanut oil

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the onions. Sweat well in a pan with a dash of oil. Cut the meat into 1 1/2 cm cubes and fry with the onions. Grate the zucchini in sticks, add them to the pan and fry everything on a low temperature.
  2. Drain the mushrooms and add them as well. Then deglaze with a glass of water. Slowly stir in the sauce powder (if you like, you can also season your own according to your mood), add the cream and let the sauce simmer gently for 5 minutes. Fold in the marjoram and chopped parsley before serving.
  3. Meanwhile, put the pies in the oven (don`t forget to lift the crowns out of the pâté with a teaspoon) and heat at 100 ° C for 10 minutes. Then put the filling into the pies with a spoon, put the puff pastry on top and serve with fresh salad.
