  • Sun-dried tomatoes – to taste
  • Fresh parsley – 1 bunch
  • Salt (optional) – to taste

To grease the dough:

Pie Pie Instructions

  1. Combine milk with yeast, sugar and two tablespoons of flour. In a few minutes we have a dough ready.
  2. Mix the remaining ingredients (salt, eggs, soft butter) with flour and add the dough.
  3. Knead the soft dough, cover with foil and let the dough rise (about 1 hour).
  4. While the yeast dough is rising, prepare the filling for the pies.
  5. Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into pieces (do not grind, they should be felt). Grind the greens.
  6. We collect everything in a cup, add feta cheese and cottage cheese, mix well. If your cheese is not too salty, now you can add salt to the filling.
  7. Divide the finished dough for pies into blanks of 35-40 g each (use a scale). Round and cover with foil.
    Pie Pie step 7
  8. Roll each bun into a flat cake, put the filling in the center (1.5 teaspoon) and pinch on both sides. It turns out a boat pie!
  9. We put the pies in a prepared form. Don’t sculpt tightly.
    Pie Pie step 9
  10. Let the yeast dough cake stand under the film for about 15 minutes. Then grease with whipped yolk and send it to the preheated oven.
We bake a miracle pie in the oven at 180-200 degrees for 30 minutes.
    Pie Pie step 10

The ready-made tear-off pie pie divides well and eats quickly! Cool cake! Bon Appetit!
