Pie with Meat and Mushrooms (in a Slow Cooker) Ingredients

For filling:

  • Minced pork – 250 g
  • Champignon mushrooms – 150-200 g
  • Red onion – 1 pc.
  • Leeks – 1 pc.
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper
  • Spices (optional)
  • Vegetable oil

For the dough:

  • Flour – 0.75 cups
  • Eggs – 4 pcs.
  • Mayonnaise – 4 tbsp
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon
  • Sugar – 1 teaspoon
  • Curry – 0.75 teaspoon
  • Baking powder – 0.5 teaspoon.
  • Lemon juice – 1 drop

Pie with Meat and Mushrooms (in a Slow Cooker) Instructions

  1. Chop leeks and onions at random.
  2. Chop mushrooms arbitrarily.
  3. Separate the egg whites from the yolks. The yolks can be sent directly to mayonnaise.
  4. Add salt, pepper and spices to the minced meat. To stir thoroughly.
  5. Beat the egg whites with a mixer for 2 minutes on low speed. Add a pinch of salt and a drop of lemon juice. Beat the whites, increasing the mixer speed, for a few more minutes, until they reach stable peaks.
  6. Add salt, sugar, curry to the yolks with mayonnaise.
  7. Beat the yolks with mayonnaise.
  8. Add sifted flour and baking powder to the yolks, mix until smooth.
  9. Add whipped egg whites, mix. The pie dough is ready.
  10. In a preheated skillet with vegetable oil, sauté the onion for 5 minutes, until soft.
  11. Add mushrooms, season with salt and pepper, fry for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  12. Add minced meat and cook minced meat with mushrooms for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  13. Grease the multicooker bowl with oil. Lay out half of the dough.
  14. Top – half of the filling.
  15. Then – the remaining dough …
  16. … and stuffing again.
    Bake the pie in a slow cooker on the “Baking” mode for 1 hour.
