- In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder and cinnamon.
- Beat the softened butter with a mixer until a white creamy state.
- Gradually add granulated sugar to the butter and continue beating until the sugar dissolves.
- Add eggs to the butter mixture one at a time, whisking each time until smooth.
- Pour in brandy and stir the mixture until smooth at low speed.
- Gradually add the flour mixture to the oil-cognac mixture, bring to homogeneity.
- Peel the pears, cut into even, beautiful slices and sprinkle with the juice of half a lemon.
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Grease a mold with a diameter of 22-23 cm with butter and cover with parchment.
- Pour the dough into a mold, decorate with pears on top (press the pears a little into the dough).
- Bake a pie with pear and cognac at 180 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Check the readiness of the cake with a wooden stick (toothpick) – it must be dry.
