Ingredients

  • 500 g tortellini, colored
  • 2 tomato (s)
  • 2 carrot (s)
  • 1 small Can corn
  • 1 small Can (s) peas
  • 0.25 ¼ cucumber (s)
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 1 glass Miracel Whip Balance, small
  • 4 cubes meat stock
  • salt and pepper
  • Spice (s), Italian

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini together with the cubes of meat stock and salt for about 13-15 minutes or according to the manufacturer`s instructions and let it steep for about 3 minutes.
  2. Peel, quarter and core the tomatoes, carrots and cucumber. Cut into fine cubes and put in a bowl with the corn and peas, then add the sour cream and Miracel Whip. Finally add the noodles, season and mix everything. It is best to let it steep for one night.
  3. Tip: If you like it with ham, you can add it. I took tortellini with a meat filling and left out the ham.
