Ingredients

  • 4 large potato (s)
  • Salt and pepper, from the mill
  • marjoram
  • 4 fish fillet (s) (pikeperch fillets)
  • 1 lemon (s)
  • 400 g mushrooms, brown
  • 400 g mushrooms (kin oyster mushrooms), alternatively oyster mushrooms
  • 2 small shallot (s)
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Instructions

  1. Dice the potatoes and cook in salted water for about 10 minutes.
  2. Drizzle the pikeperch fillets with freshly squeezed lemon juice, season with salt.
  3. Thinly slice the mushrooms and king oyster mushrooms, and dice the shallots. Lightly brown the mushrooms and onions in 1 tablespoon of oil, add the potatoes, fry for about 10 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and marjoram.
  4. Fry the fish in the remaining oil on both sides.
  5. Divide the potato and mushroom vegetables on 4 plates, arrange the pikeperch on top, garnish with marjoram.
