Instructions

  1. Wash rice and drain. Sweat the onion brunoise in butter until colorless. Add rice and sauté until translucent. Top up with hot broth. Salt. Cover and cook in the oven for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees. Stir with a meat fork and at the same time stir in the butter flakes.
