• 600 g jacket potato (s), cooked the day before

• 125 g flour
• 250 ml milk
• 4 egg (s)

• nutmeg
• Turnip tops

Instructions

1. Peel the jacket potatoes and cut into fine strips. Also cut the bacon into strips. Cut the onions into fine rings.
2. Mix the flour with the milk, let it swell a little, then stir in the eggs and season the dough with salt, pepper and grated nutmeg.
3. Put about a quarter of the potato / bacon / onion amount in a pan with hot fat; Sear it briefly (medium heat), then pour about a quarter of the pancake batter over it, put a lid on the pan and let the pill chew set. Then turn and fry until golden.
4. The hot, finished pancake is usually eaten with turnip tops or green salad. However, pear and date herb is also really delicious.
5. As a linen weaver you eat the whole thing if you cut the potatoes not into strips but into slices, but do the same with the rest.
