Pina Colada

Ingredients

• 6 cl rum, white
• 2 cl liqueur, (coconut liqueur)
• 10 cl pineapple juice
• 2 cl whipped cream
• 4 cl coconut milk
• 2 teaspoons sugar
• Ice cubes
• Fruits, fresh, for decoration

Instructions

1. Measure out the white rum, coconut liqueur, pineapple juice, whipped cream and coconut milk and pour into the shaker one after the other. Add sugar, close the shaker tightly and shake vigorously. Fill a cocktail glass with ice cubes and pour the liquid from the shaker over it. Serve garnished with fresh fruit on the edge of the glass.
