Ingredients

  • 600 ml natural yogurt
  • 400 g pineapple, fresh
  • 6 tablespoon pineapple juice
  • 6 tablespoon coconut cream
  • Sugar or sweetener (as needed)

Instructions

  1. Dice fresh pineapple (do not use canned fruit!). Mix the yogurt with the pineapple juice and coconut cream until smooth and mix with the pineapple cubes. Sweeten as needed.
  2. This yoghurt dish should be consumed fresh and not made in advance!
