Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar (white wine vinegar)
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ paprika, hot pink
  • 2 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 500 g pork, lean, cut into 2.5 cm cubes
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. You need 4 wooden or metal skewers.
  2. Mix all ingredients except the meat cubes, salt and pepper to a marinade. Rub the pork with the marinade and let it stand for 48 hours.
  3. Put the meat cubes on the skewers. Grill over high heat for 4 - 5 minutes on each side, until the meat is nicely browned all around. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
