Sandwiches “Pinchos in Odessa”

Delicious pintxos sandwiches with tulka and spicy sauce. Pincho is a small sandwich, an appetizer of Spanish cuisine.

Cook: 20 minutes

Servings: 3

Ingredients

  • (for 3 sandwiches)
  • Baguette – 3 pieces
  • Salted tulle (fillet) – 6 pcs.
  • Tomato – 1 pc.
  • Garlic (young) – 1-2 cloves
  • Leeks (white part) – 1 pc. (about 10 cm)
  • Salt – 1 pinch
  • Vegetable oil – for frying

How to make pintxos sandwiches:

Directions

  1. Cut a slice from the white part of the leek – along the length of the pieces of bread, about 10 cm.
  2. Cut the leek lengthwise into three flat pieces.
  3. Preheat a grill pan with oil, put onions, and fry (you can also do this on the grill).
  4. When the onion is browned on one side, gently turn it over and fry on the other side.
  5. While the onion is cooking, prepare the sauce. To do this, cut a tomato into a blender.
  6. Peel and add the young garlic.
  7. Season with salt and beat.
  8. Now all that remains is to collect the pintxos: put the baguette slices on a plate.
  9. Soak baguette pieces generously with sauce.
  10. Top with fried leeks.
  11. And then peel the ridge and put out your favorite Odessa tulle (two fillets per sandwich).
