Meat Sandwiches (in the Sandwich Maker)

Sandwiches are the most popular snack option. And if you make hot sandwiches with meat, then this dish may well become a good breakfast.

Ingredients

  • Toast bread – 2 pieces
  • Chicken fillet – 150 g
  • Tomato – 2-4 circles (20-30 g)
  • Processed cheese – 2-4 pieces (20-30 g)
  • Fresh dill – 2 branches
  • Butter – 60 g
  • Sunflower oil – 2 tbsp (for lubrication)
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

Directions

  1. For sandwiches with meat (in a sandwich maker), we need a special toast bread – rectangular. It is better to choose fillet, for example chicken, as a meat component.
  2. Let’s start by preparing the meat. Cut the chicken fillet in half. We only need one half for one preparation. Let’s start beating. For convenience, you can beat the fillet through the film.
  3. We beat off and at the same time stretch the fillet to get a thin layer of approximately the same size and shape as a sandwich maker. Salt and pepper a layer of beaten off chicken fillet.
  4. Lubricate the top and bottom panels of the sandwich maker with sunflower oil. Lay out a layer of chicken meat.
  5. Let’s close the sandwich maker and turn it on. From the moment when steam comes out of the sandwich maker, cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes. You can open the sandwich maker and see the state of the meat.
  6. In the meantime, the meat is fried, let’s take care of other ingredients. Finely chop the dill.
  7. Cut the tomato into thin slices and the cheese into thin slices.
  8. Spread butter on two slices of bread, using half the butter. This side will be the outside, with which we will put the sandwiches on the bottom panel.
  9. During this time, our fillet was just fried. This is how it looks.
  10. Mix the remaining oil with the dill.
  11. Lubricate the inside of the bread with oil and dill.
  12. Next, spread the cheese on the bread.
  13. Put tomato on the cheese, and chicken on the tomato. We put all this on the bottom panel of the sandwich maker. We got that the bread lies on the bottom panel with butter without dill, and the meat will come into contact with the top panel. Lubricate the top panel with sunflower oil. We close the sandwich maker and prepare the sandwiches from the moment of heating for 5 minutes.
  14. The meat sandwiches are ready. You can decorate them with tomatoes and herbs. We eat sandwiches hot, with or without tea.
