Sandwiches with Meat, Onions and Cheese

Sandwiches are made with fried steak, caramelized onions, and cheese.

Ingredients
- Fried beef steak (cut into thin strips) – 340 g
- Salad onion (cut into strips) – 1 pc.
- Semi-hard cheese (cut into slices) – 4 slices
- Hot dog buns – 4 pcs.
- Vegetable oil
- Italian spices – 2 teaspoon
- Water – 0.5 cups + 2 tbsp
- Beef broth – 1 glass
Directions
- Turn on the oven to preheat to 250 degrees.
- Heat a large frying pan over high heat, grease with oil, pour onions into the pan, sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon of Italian spices, cook, stirring occasionally, until golden brown, 10-12 minutes. During frying onions, you need to gradually introduce 2 tablespoon. tablespoons of water, let the liquid evaporate completely.
- Meanwhile, mix the broth with 1.5 teaspoon of spices in a small saucepan, cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until boiling. Remove the stewpan from the stove, put the slices of meat in it, leave for 5 minutes.
- Cut the buns in half lengthwise, put the slices up on a baking sheet and place in a preheated oven for 4 minutes, until golden brown.
- Remove the meat from the broth, skim off the excess liquid. Reserve the broth.
- Place the meat on the bun base halves, top with the onion and cheese slices, cover with the remaining bun halves.
- Pour the reserved broth into a gravy boat and serve with burgers.
