Meat for Sandwiches

Just boil a small piece of beef yourself and you’ll have a great sausage replacement on your table.

Cook: 4 hours

Ingredients

  • Beef pulp – 1 kg
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Carrots – 1 pc.
  • Bay leaf – 2 pcs.
  • Ground red pepper – to taste
  • Allspice – 5 peas
  • Hops-suneli – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt – 2 tbsp

Directions

  1. Ingredients.
  2. Add salt to the water and bring to a boil, dip the beef pulp in boiling water. Cook for 1 hour. Add onion, garlic, carrots, bay leaves, peppercorns and cook for about an hour, until the meat is tender.
  3. Remove the meat, put on foil, sprinkle with spices and hot pepper to taste. Wrap the beef tightly with foil, cool and refrigerate overnight so that the meat absorbs the aroma of spices.
  4. Cut the meat into slices and satisfy the hunger.
