- 250 ml milk
- 2 egg (s)
- 45 g suar
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- some lemon zest or juice
- 180 g flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- Oil or butter for brushing

- Mix all ingredients except the oil in a mixing bowl to form a smooth batter.
- Put the dough in a preheated sandwich maker, coated with a little oil or butter, in portions into the small lower tins until nothing fits in, but nothing overflows either. Now close the sandwich maker and wait until the waffles are nice and brown. Some sandwich makers also have an indicator light. You should just carefully open the sandwich maker after a few minutes and see whether the waffles are brown enough.
- That works for sure with every waffle recipe. There is the consistency, I don`t think so. I took this recipe which is pretty runny and it worked out wonderfully.
