Ingredients

  • 200 g pineapple, fresh
  • 200 g apricot (s)
  • 300 g whey
  • 1 splash lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • sugar or agave syrup

Instructions

  1. Peel the pineapple, remove the stalk and cut the pulp into pieces. Wash the apricots, cut in half, core and chop a little more.
  2. Mix the fruit with the whey and lime juice and add sugar or agave syrup to taste. Serve in glasses.
