  • 1 teaspoon salad herbs
  • Salt and pepper
  • N / A walnuts, chopped

Instructions

  1. Halve, peel and dice the pineapple. Peel the avocado, remove the stone and cut the pulp into small pieces. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into cubes. Put everything in a bowl
  2. For the dressing, mix together oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, oregano and salad herbs.
  3. Add the dressing to the cut fruits and vegetables and mix everything well.
  4. If you want, you can spice up the salad with chopped walnuts and / or grated cheese.
  5. The salad is a great fitness salad as pineapple and avocado are real body fat burners.
