Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken breast
  • 1 can pineapple, cut into pieces
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • some curry powder
  • salt and pepper
  • Chilli powder

Instructions

  1. Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces and sear them in the pan.
  2. Cut the spring onions into thin rings and add to the meat with the pineapple, including the liquid from the pineapple tin.
  3. Add coconut milk, bring to the boil and season with (a lot) curry, chilli, salt and pepper.
  4. Rice goes well with this.
