- 400 ml pineapple juice, cold
- 2 lime (s)
- 1 orange (s)
- 700 ml water, cold, - carbonated, or still
- Crushed ice
- fruits, (strawberries, raspberries, cherries, oranges, lemons, peaches, limes, etc.)
- sugar
- lemon balm, or mint

- Take limes and oranges, for example, as citrus fruits. You can also use grapefruits or lemons as you wish.
- The fruits are squeezed and put in a large carafe together with the cold pineapple juice and cold water.
- For the look and of course the taste, fresh fruit, lemon balm and crushed ice are added.
- If you leave out the ice cream and lemon balm, you can also prepare the soda well and let it steep in the refrigerator. This way the taste of the other fruits comes out even better.
- Before serving, you can add the crushed ice and lemon balm.
