Ingredients

  • 15 g chia seeds
  • 150 ml pineapple juice (pineapple juice without added sugar)
  • 1 pinch vanilla, real, ground
  • 1 tablespoon, heaped coconut flakes

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together well and leave to soak in the refrigerator overnight or 8-12 hours and then enjoy.
  2. Tip: I always prepare my chia pudding in a clean screw-top jar. To do this, I put all the ingredients in the jar, close it tightly, shake everything well and then put it in the refrigerator.
