Pineapple – Coconut – Colada

Ingredients

• 400 ml coconut milk
• 600 ml pineapple juice
• 150 ml cream powder, (e.g. creme fix)
• 2 cl powdered sugar
• 100 g desiccated coconut

Also:

• 8 ice cubes
• 4 piece (s) pineapple and possibly pineapple leaves

Instructions

1. Mix the coconut milk and pineapple juice together. Using the whisk of the hand mixer, whip the cream powder with icing sugar and desiccated coconut according to the instructions on the packet.
2. Put 2 ice cubes in each glass and fill up with coconut and pineapple juice. Put a heaped tablespoon of coconut cream on each glass. Decorate with pieces of pineapple and, if desired, with a pineapple leaf.
