Pineapple-nectarine Jam
Pineapple-nectarine Jam

Instructions

  1. Peel the pineapple and chop it up, the hard inside can also be used. Stone and chop the nectarines as well. The bowl can stay on.
  2. Puree the fruits and place in a sufficiently large saucepan. Mix with the preserving sugar and cook according to the instructions on the sugar packet. The nectarine peel boils over completely and the jam takes on a nice color.
  3. After the cooking process, pour the jam into boiling hot water jars and screw on immediately.
  4. I got two 200 g glasses and one 100 g glass.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
