Ingredients

  • 500 g pineapple, weihed and prepared
  • 350 g rapefruit (s), (pink rapefruit) prepared weihed
  • 100 g quince (s), prepared and weihed
  • 2 lime (s), add the juice
  • 500 g preservin suar, 2: 1
  • 50 ml vodka

Instructions

  1. Peel the pineapple, remove the stalk and cut into small cubes. Peel the grapefruit with a sharp knife, removing all whites, fillet the fruit. Catch the juice. Peel the quince, remove the core, cut the fruit into small cubes.
  2. Weigh the required quantities. Squeeze limes, pour juice over weighed fruits. Bring the fruit to the boil together with the preserving sugar and then let it simmer for 4 minutes. Pour in vodka and simmer for another 4 minutes. Make a gel test. Pour jam into prepared jars, close, leave on the lid for 10 minutes.
