- 500 g pineapple, weihed and prepared
- 350 g rapefruit (s), (pink rapefruit) prepared weihed
- 100 g quince (s), prepared and weihed
- 2 lime (s), add the juice
- 500 g preservin suar, 2: 1
- 50 ml vodka

- Peel the pineapple, remove the stalk and cut into small cubes. Peel the grapefruit with a sharp knife, removing all whites, fillet the fruit. Catch the juice. Peel the quince, remove the core, cut the fruit into small cubes.
- Weigh the required quantities. Squeeze limes, pour juice over weighed fruits. Bring the fruit to the boil together with the preserving sugar and then let it simmer for 4 minutes. Pour in vodka and simmer for another 4 minutes. Make a gel test. Pour jam into prepared jars, close, leave on the lid for 10 minutes.
