Pineapple Punch Salad Instructions

  1. To prepare a salad with canned pineapples, we need a set of products available in almost every refrigerator. Boil the potatoes in their skins in salted water (20-40 minutes, depending on the size of the potatoes). Cool, peel, cut into small cubes. Boil eggs hard-boiled (10 minutes), cut into cubes. Cut the sausage into cubes. Chop the onion finely. Cut the pineapple into small pieces. Peel the apple, cut into cubes and sprinkle with lemon juice so as not to darken.
  2. Lay the salad on a plate in layers. Lightly grease each layer with mayonnaise. The first layer is the potatoes. Lightly salt and sprinkle with spices.
  3. The second layer is the sausage.
  4. The third layer is the onions.
