Ingredients
- 600 g pineapple
- 500 ml buttermilk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
- 2 teaspoons honey
- some pineapple juice

- Peel the pineapple, remove the hard center piece and cut the pulp into pieces. Then fill in a plastic bag and place in the freezer for at least 1 hour.
- Put the buttermilk, vanilla sugar, honey, some pineapple juice and the frozen pineapple pieces in the blender. Mix until everything has an even, smooth consistency.
- If you prefer it more liquid, dilute it with a little more pineapple juice.
