- 500 g pineapple, fresh, in pieces
- 300 ml cold water
- 4 orange (s), the juice it
- 0.25 teaspoon ¼ lemon peel
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 1 clove (s)
- 2 tablespoon honey

- Finely puree the pineapple in cold water. Strain through a sieve with the orange juice. Heat the juices with lemon zest, cinnamon, clove and honey in a saucepan, do not boil! Enjoy it hot!
