Instructions

  1. Drain the pineapple well. Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until they are firm.
  2. Beat the butter, sugar and egg yolks until frothy. Add the flour mixed with baking powder and stir in. Add the finely chopped and drained pineapple pieces and stir in. Finally fold in the egg whites.
  3. Put the finished dough in a greased springform pan and bake for 30 - 45 minutes at 190 ° C. Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar.
