Ingredients

  • 100 g cheese, rated
  • some oregano
  • salami
  • ham
  • artichoke

Instructions

  1. Put the flour in a bowl, make a well in the middle. Pour water, oil, salt, sugar and yeast into the well and knead everything by hand. Knead the dough on a floured work surface until smooth. Cover and let rest in a bowl until the volume has doubled.
  2. Roll out the dough into a large round plate on baking paper. Place a smaller bowl in the middle of the dough and press it into the dough a little so that you can see the edge.
  3. Now with a sharp knife, cut the middle into pieces of cake from edge to edge (the edge of the bowl).
  4. Season the tomato sauce with salt, pepper, sugar and oregano and mix together. Brush the outer edge of the pizza with tomato sauce. Now top with everything you want on the pizza. Scatter grated cheese on top.
