Ingredients

  • 120 g wholemeal spelled flour
  • 100 g low-fat quark
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking powder

Instructions

  1. Put wholemeal spelled flour, low-fat quark and baking powder in a bowl and mix everything evenly, e.g., with the hand mixer and stir bars. Let the dough stand for 25 minutes.
  2. When it is pulled through, roll out until the dough is the size you want. Now cover as you like. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees top / bottom heat. Bake the pizza in the oven for 10-13 minutes.
