Pizza Flatbread

Pizza flatbread is the union of two dishes: chebureki and pizza. The dish will conquer anyone who likes such simple recipes. Prepare this flatbread that tastes like chebureki and toppings – like pizza. Anyone can make juicy pita bread with crispy dough, and you can use whatever toppings you prefer for pizza.
Ingredients
For the dough:
- Flour – 250 g
- Water – 125 g
- Vegetable oil – 20 g + for frying
- Salt – 1 teaspoon.
For stuffing:
- Sausage – 100 g
- Hard cheese – 50 g
- Onions – 50 g
- Tomatoes – 150 g
- Tomato sauce – 50 g
- Dried basil – to taste
- Dried oregano – to taste
Directions
- Pour hot water (boiling water) into the flour in which the salt has already been dissolved. Prepare the choux pastry.
- Pour in the vegetable oil and mix the dough.
- Roll the dough into a ball and cover it with a towel for 20 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 10 pieces and roll out each piece thinly. Cut out a circle with a saucer.
- Put the filling on one part of the dough: coat the bottom with the tomato sauce and spices, put an onion ring on top, then – the grated cheese and a slice of tomato.
- Add a piece of sausage and more grated cheese on top.
- Put the second rolled circle on top and stick the edges together.
- Heat the oil well in a frying pan and put the pizza in it.
- Brown the pizza for 1 minute on both sides.
The pizza flatbread is ready. Serve it hot.
