Ingredients

  • 1 pck. Of pizza dough from the refrigerated shelf
  • 250 ml hollandaise sauce
  • 150 grams bacon
  • 150 g cooked ham (ham)
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 250 g spinach leaves, fresh or frozen
  • 200 g cheese, rated

Instructions

  1. Place the dough on a baking sheet with the parchment paper. Spread the sauce on the dough (don`t worry, it looks a lot, but it`s just right so the base doesn`t dry out!). Spread the bacon strips on the hollandaise. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (top / bottom heat).
  2. Wash and clean the spring onions and cut into pieces about 1 cm long. Spread on the pizza. Dice the ham and spread on top. Pile the thawed spinach leaves on the ham. Now sprinkle the cheese on top and put the pizza in the oven.
  3. The pizza is ready after 30 minutes (25 minutes if you don`t like it that crispy).
