Ingredients

  • 500 g wheat flour
  • 1 bag / s dry yeast
  • 0.25 liter ¼ water, lukewarm
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 250 g tomato puree
  • 3 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 100 g cheese (Gouda)
  • 200 g mozzarella
  • 2 tablespoon oregano
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (top / bottom heat) or 170 ° C (convection). Knead the flour, dry yeast, water, 1/2 teaspoon salt, sugar and 1 tablespoon olive oil into a smooth dough and spread out on a baking sheet.
  2. Mix the tomato puree with the tomato paste, olive oil, salt and pepper and spread on the dough. Cut the cheese into small pieces or grate the Gouda cheese and spread it on the pizza.
  3. Wash and chop fresh oregano (or use dried) and sprinkle on the pizza. Bake the pizza in the oven for about 20 minutes.
