Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 300 ml water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 500g flour
  • 1 sachet dry yeast

For covering:

  • 4 handfuls parmesan, or pecorino, grated
  • some gorgonzola
  • 2 scoops mozzarella
  • some Gouda
  • some oregano

Instructions

  1. I prepare the dough in the bread maker and put all the ingredients in the mentioned row into the container and select the dough program.
  2. For preparation without a baking machine, mix the ingredients and let rise in a warm place for about half an hour.
  3. Shape the dough into balls and roll out.
  4. Preheat the oven to the highest setting. I use a pizza stone, it has to be preheated half an hour beforehand.
  5. Cut the mozzarella into strips or cubes and place on the rolled out pizza. Cut off pieces of the Gorgonzola with a teaspoon and spread on the pizza. Spread the grated Parmesan or Pecorino and Gouda cheese on the pizza and bake the pizza on the stone for about 5 - 10 minutes until golden. Without a stone it should take about 15-20 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with oregano after baking. The amount is enough for approx. 2 servings.
