  • 150 ml water, lukewarm
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Sift the flour into a bowl and make a well in the middle. Mix the yeast and sugar in 50 ml of lukewarm water and pour into the well. In a warm place, covered with a cloth, let rise for 10-15 minutes until the yeast starts to bubble. Stir in the remaining ingredients and knead vigorously for at least 15 minutes, preferably with a food processor. Let the smooth dough rise for at least an hour, knead vigorously again before processing.
  2. Shape the dough into small sausages 0.5 cm in diameter and about 5 cm in length and roll them up. At the same time preheat the oven with the baking sheet on the middle rack to 250 ° C. Place the pizza rolls on the hot baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes until they are golden brown.
  3. The secret is to put pizza or pizza rolls on the very hot baking sheet, so the base is simply fantastic.
