Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 700 g flour
  • 400 ml water, lukewarm
  • 40 g yeast or 2 sachets dry yeast
  • 4 tablespoon oil
  • 3 teaspoons salt
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar

Also: (for the cheese crust)

  • 6 cream cheese - corners
  • some cheese, grated

For covering:

  • 400 ml tomato sauce or as required
  • Cheese, grated
  • some parmesan, sliced or grated

Instructions

  1. Mix the ingredients for the dough together. Roll out the dough on a baking sheet and let rise in a warm place (e.g. in a warmed up oven) for 30 minutes.
  2. Then roll out the dough so that it overlaps at the edge. Now distribute the processed cheese corners on the protruding part. I took two corners for each of the long sides and one corner for each of the short sides. Simply spread it with a knife. Then sprinkle the processed cheese with grated cheese and fold over the excess.
  3. Now spread the sauce on the dough. Then you can top the dough with ingredients of your choice. Finally, sprinkle the pizza with grated cheese. If you like, you can sprinkle some parmesan on the grated cheese. Then bake the pizza for 30 minutes at 200 ° C in the preheated oven.
