- 1 packet pizza dough
- 200 g sour cream with herbs
- 250 g tomato (s)
- 0.5 ½ glass pesto
- 100 g bacon, smoked
- 125 g mozzarella
- 150 g cheese (Gouda), rated
- 4 egg (s)
- salt and pepper

- Spread the pizza crust out on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Then brush with the herb sour cream and season with pizza seasoning or fresh herbs.
- Slice the tomatoes and spread them on the bottom. Cover each tomato with a small dollop of pesto. Cut the mozzarella into small pieces and spread on the bottom. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cut the bacon into small pieces and spread them on the bottom. Now just spread the sprinkled cheese over the pizza and at the very end carefully beat the eggs over the pizza. Bake the whole thing in the oven at 200 ° C for about 20 minutes.
- The recipe came about because my fridge was just too full of tasty leftovers and opened packs and my daughter loves fried eggs on her pizza. It can of course be expanded or changed many times over.
