Ingredients

  • 225 g flour, fine (whole spelled flour)
  • 125 g quark, lean
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 4 tablespoon oil (safflower oil)
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon butter for the pan
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 2 bell peppers, green and red
  • 1 teaspoon oregano, dried
  • 1 teaspoon basil, dried
  • 125 g mozzarella
  • 1 bunch fresh basil
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil, cold-pressed
  • Seasoned Salt

Instructions

  1. Knead the flour with the quark, egg yolk, oil, salt and baking powder to form a smooth dough. Grease the pizza pan with butter. Pour the dough into the mold and press apart with your hands until the base is covered, then form an edge.
  2. Peel the onion, cut into fine rings or slice. Wash the peppers, cut in half, core and cut into thin strips. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion rings in it until translucent. Add the paprika strips, fry for 3-5 minutes, season everything with herb salt, basil and oregano.
  3. Drain the mozzarella and cut into thin slices. Spread the vegetables on the dough, place the cheese slices on top. Bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for approx. 20 minutes.
