- Prepare food.
- Clean the fish, remove entrails and gills, rinse well.
- Peel the potatoes, wash, cut into large pieces.
- Peel and wash onions and carrots. Chop the onion not very finely. Cut the carrots into strips.
- Put potatoes, onions, carrots and whole fish in a saucepan. Add salt, peppercorns, bay leaf.
- Pour water over everything. Simmer a simple fish soup for 30-40 minutes. Add finely chopped green onions.
- The fishing ear is ready.
- When serving, sprinkle with parsley and dill.
