Plain Fish Soup (Fish Soup)

The simplest ear is a recipe that never fails. Fishing fish soup is always delicious!

Ingredients

  • Fresh fish – 600-700 g (3-4 pcs.)
  • Potatoes – 6-8 pcs.
  • Bulb onions – 1-2 pcs.
  • Carrots (optional) – 1 pc.
  • Green onions (optional) – 1 bunch (to taste)
  • Greens (parsley, dill) – 0.5 bunch (to taste)
  • Black peppercorns – 5 pcs. (taste)
  • Bay leaf – 1 pc. (taste)
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon (to taste)
  • Water – 1-1.5 l

Directions

  1. Prepare food.
  2. Clean the fish, remove entrails and gills, rinse well.
  3. Peel the potatoes, wash, cut into large pieces.
  4. Peel and wash onions and carrots. Chop the onion not very finely. Cut the carrots into strips.
  5. Put potatoes, onions, carrots and whole fish in a saucepan. Add salt, peppercorns, bay leaf.
  6. Pour water over everything. Simmer a simple fish soup for 30-40 minutes. Add finely chopped green onions.
  7. The fishing ear is ready.
  8. When serving, sprinkle with parsley and dill.
