Ingredients

  • 2 apples
  • 8 plums
  • 2 orange (s)
  • 2 cups yoghurt (180 g each)
  • 0.5 ½ vanilla pod (s)
  • 4 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) cinnamon powder
  • 2 tablespoon calvados
  • 4 tablespoon honey
  • 1 handful almond sticks, roasted without fat

Instructions

  1. Finely grate the peel of half an orange. Squeeze out the juice of both oranges. Cut the vanilla pod lengthways and scrape out the pulp.
  2. Put the orange peel, orange juice, vanilla pulp, cinnamon and sugar in a small pan, bring to the boil and let everything simmer for 3 - 4 minutes. Then let it cool down.
  3. Halve the plums, stone them and cut into thin wedges. Peel, quarter and core the apples. Cut the quarters into fine slices. Mix with the plum wedges and the orange-vanilla sauce. Season to taste with a little calvados and let the apples steep for 30 minutes.
  4. Stir the yoghurt until smooth and serve with the plum and apple salad in glasses or dessert bowls. Drizzle with a little honey and sprinkle with the almond sticks.
