Ingredients

  • 100 g plum (s), dried
  • 250 ml banana juice, well chilled
  • 250 ml kefir, well chilled
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), the zest and the juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon powder
  • 125 ml milk, well chilled
  • some mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Put the plums in a tall mixing bowl. Gradually mix in the banana juice and kefir with the cutting stick and puree the plums. Add the lemon zest, lemon juice and cinnamon. Beat the milk with the whisk of the hand mixer. Mix the smoothie again briefly, pour it into glasses, then pour the milk foam on top and garnish with a few mint leaves.
