- 175 g butter
- 75 grams sugar
- 2 egg (s)
- 230 g flour, (possibly 550)
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking powder

- Make a batter from the ingredients and spread it in a greased springform pan (I`ll use a slightly larger pizza pan with a rim). Wash, stone and halve the plums and place in the batter.
- In the cold oven. Baking time: 50 minutes at 190 degrees
- Also suitable for apple pie.
