Ingredients

  • 4 egg (s), separated
  • 50 grams sugar

  • 100 g butter
  • 70 g powdered suar

  • 60 ml egg liqueur
  • 500 g plums

For the sprinkles:

  • 120 g flour
  • 75 g butter, melt
  • 70 grams sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Halve and core the plums.
  2. Beat the egg whites with the granulated sugar and salt until stiff.
  3. Soft butter with icing sugar and van. Mix the sugar well, then stir together with the egg yolks until creamy.
  4. Stir in the flour mixed with baking powder with the egg liqueur and fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites.
  5. Spread the dough in a square springform pan and cover with the plums, spread the crumble over the top, bake at 160 ° for about 30 minutes.
  6. Streusel: stir all ingredients well with a fork.
